Second day strong

Feelin' good, feelin' great! After realizing that I can snack on veggies all day, I felt better ending today than yesterday. Hey! You live and learn. Today I had to work at our Portland office and packing my lunch consisted of packing half the tupperware in our kitchen, so I felt as though I was moving in to the office. But I was prepared which made turning down coffee and Portland's wonderful food carts much easier than the usual. 

I spent most of my free time in the office talking to friends about how I feel on this challenge. It was fun to share and I hope to share with more people to come.


I can't decide when I want to start weighing in and taking measurements. I'm thinking every 3 days may be good. I don't want to get too stuck on the scale because what's important is that my body is cleansing. The nice thing about this cleanse is that I still get to eat good food, I'm not starving and most importantly...I'm not running to the bathroom in a panic every 5 minutes. yeah. that's a good thing. Confession: I did forget to take my ProBiotics this morning. The ProBiotics aids in good digestion and helps provide a healthy intestinal management (along with other things) so I was bummed to realize I left that little supplement out when I ran to my SPARK to drink this morning. But you know, if you mess up today, there is always tomorrow to start again.
